I have been doing literacy centers in my classroom for several years. This year I will also be trying Math Work Stations. I am using a Houston sports theme this year and I have come up with some sports type work station signs. The students will rotate to one stadium a day. There they will choose from several activities they may do. Meanwhile I will be meeting with small group of students to go over any activities they are having difficulties in. As the new school year begins I will post some pictures of the students working at the centers.

These are signs that are displayed at the Work Stations that tell the students what type of activities they can do there. The activities and signs can be changed throughout the year. These are the signs I plan to use at the beginning of the year.
